Matúš BERO captain!

The coach of the Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem, Thomas Letsch, appointed Matúš Ber as the new captain, replacing Danilho Doekhi, who left for 1.FC Union Berlin. Last season, Matúš was already vice-captain of the Arnhem team. Maximilian Wittek and Sondre Tronstad became vice-captains.

Twenty-six-year-old Bero has already completed his fifth season at Vitesse, where he arrived in the summer of 2018 from the Turkish Trabzonspor. The Slovak representative has played 140 matches for Vitesse and has scored as many goals as his dress number :-) #21

As Matúš says, "It is an honor for me to be the new captain of Vitesse. I will do my best to help the team as much as possible on and off the field. We all wish you the best."

Congrats and we keep our fingers crossed for Matúš, you personally, and the whole club.
