The semi-final (rematch) match of the Copa Del Rey competition was played between Real Sociedad and RCD Mallorca. Without a doubt one of the heroes of the match was Dominik Greif. In the first half at 0:0 he neutralized Brais Mendez's penalty kick and eliminated Mikel Oyarzabal's shot in the final shootout.
In the final match, Mallorca will meet the winner of the second semi-final match between Athletic Bilbao and Atlético Madrid, which will be played on Thursday 29 February 2024.
Dominik and we had the opportunity to talk shortly after the match.
"These are nice moments...many teamplayers and people from the team were crying. For a club like Mallorca, it's a big thing that doesn't happen often. You have to appreciate it. Personally, I'm happy for the reason that people who like me and live my situation with me for the past months, finally have a reason to be a little happy."
